The technician was very personable as was the girl whom I spoke to on the telephone. The carpet came out so much cleaner.

The service and technician were all great. My only point of contention - and I think most carpet cleaning places would suffer from this - is the edges of the carpet. The very edge of the carpet where it meets the wall doesn't get cleaned and over time, you can see how it's dark and dirty compared to everything else. Someone needs to invent a little machine that goes in and deep cleans the edges.

Personnel are friendly and professional. We love their method of cleaning. Rugs are never sopping wet taking days to dry. And no soap is used to attract dirt afterwards. And boy are they fast but thorough!

I was very please with The quality of service you gave me. The carpets look beautiful after you had clean them, and your service tech Collin was very nice and informative. I will continue to use you both personally and with in the real estate industry.

Unhappy with the speed and lack of deep cleaning. Especially the tile floors. Usually house smells fresh when carpet and tile is done; I really found it hard to believe cleaning had been done. Very unsatisfactory job!

Mitch was very nice and the carpet turned out better than I had expected. I turned down the a/c to 74 which allowed it to dry rather quickly. The only thing I would change is the cherry scent which was a bit much, but then again I have a nose like a hound.

Zerorez has visited my home several times in the last year due to carpet issues from my sick dog. The day I had to say goodbye to my dog, Lisa was very comforting to my tears and accommodating to having someone come that same day to clean up from his last few days with me. Come to find out the services I needed that day and that they provided without me knowing, cost more than the initial quote. It was apparent that this act of courtesy was a testament to the type of management that Zerorez has and their motto "the right way to clean" was truly exhibited in my home. We will continue to use them for our basic needs and will spread the word how they helped us in our time of need!

So...I give the service a full "10." A man named Mitch came to our house with a very polite attitude and a energetic work ethic.

The dirty spots are gone at this point. We, of course, are waiting to see if the carpets stay clean in the near future because a competing company already cleaned the same area and the spots came right back. We called ZEROREZ because we heard from ads they can overcome this problem.

But hats off to Mitch! He's a valuable employee.
