The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided detailed information about the process and options for service that were available to me. He was so careful with my property, inside and out, and I am so grateful for that.
My carpets are extremely clean and the scent is not overwhelming like many cleaners can be. This is the third time I’ve used Zerorez and I will continue to recommend them to everyone.
I only use Zerorez. Their prices are fair, the technicians are all extremely knowledgeable and nice and they are always on time. No one better!

After the carpet dried you can see black lines everywhere the machine had cleaned and had to redo the carpets my self smh

Thoroughness. Promptness, Carefulness Notifications. Technician even moved 2 heavy tables to clean carpet behind them. I had already moved ALL small pieces /articles/chairs/floor lamps to facilitate his efficiency. Amazing company.

In the future you should send two technicians instead of one
And your company should use some prewash agent for stains or heavy traffic areas as I had to go over some areas and actually wiped dirt off after the fact
And I moved out all of the furniture myself the night before as to make it easier for your technician
I don’t fault the technician. He did his best and was very pleasant.

We recently had our AC ducts cleaned and the technicians were awesome. They were both so friendly and helpful and explained every step of the process. This is our second experience with ZeroRez and it won't be our last!
Raheem was a pleasure to have do the work of cleaning our sofa and matching chairs. On site we asked to add 5x8 wool rug to the job. He call to the rug specialist with texted photos confirmed it had to be cleaned at the shop.
The sofa and chairs now look like new after the Zerorez cleaning. It was our first time using the service and because of the great service and results we will use Zerorez again.

Unfortunately the rug we had cleaned ended up looking worse than before. It seems that the tool used spread dirt around the rug so spots that previously weren’t dirty also became discolored. Our sofa cleaning was a lot better, but there are definitely spots that look like they were missed. We couldn’t tell when the items were still wet as we assumed they were just spots that were drying at different speeds, but once they dried we could see clearly how splotchy some of the cleaning was. Our cleaner was very kind and informative though, so we appreciate that!

Doubled my quoted price for a couple sprays from a bottle for smells and extra cleaning. Didnt explain how my price would double with said options. Won't use u again.
