I want to start by saying the technician was great. He was a very nice guy and did his best. My complaint is the product. The few stains we had on the carpets came back the same night and the smell the cleaning left made our home smell like a wet dog. I’m not sure if that was due to the location cleaned prior to our home with the same equipment, but it smelled awful. The smell lingered for a few days until I thoroughly cleaned the carpets again and used a carpet rake with baking soda put down. I had high hopes for this cleaning but sadly the carpet looks the same as it did beforehand. Based on our experience I couldn’t recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for carpet cleaning service.
