Be more thorough, the cleaner was unable to remove a ketchup stain in the carpet

They were on time and very professional. The two associates that represented zerorez was very knowledgeable, respectful and did the job in a timely manner. Me and my wife are very impressed with how they did the job and we have already recommend them to my next-door neighbor and will be using them in the future.
