Hi! The service tech was professional and the sofas are clean except one area that didn’t seem to be a difficult area but none the less it’s still there. I’m not happy with the carpet cleaning. The product was too strong and streaked it. I have had it professionally cleaned the past and it cleaned well so I believe it’s your chemicals.

I have used Zerorez since I moved into this house in January 2016. The previous owner told me she had used your services to clean her carpets. I have continued. The service on 3/06 were for cleaning my air ducts. Jacob and Albert did a thorough job. I ended up getting more services than I originally planned, but Jacob explained that I needed a new UV light and other services and why. Albert cleaned all of the vents in the house and cleaned up the mess from everything. I highly recommend there services to anyone needing duct cleaning.

The technician, Chelsea H, was was very cordial and professional. She did a fantastic job cleaning my 12 year old carpeting!
I prefer steam cleaning over other types of carpet cleaning. There was no "stickyness" on the carpet when it dried.

Colton was personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He explained what had to be done to remove a large and small dark carpet stain. And though was a bio stain and incurred an additional charge, it was worth the cost sine the stains a were completely removed.
