Carpet was way too wet and one room took almost 20 hours with a high powered fan running on it to dry. Another room has a strange chemical odor and it is the same carpet in all rooms. I have used Zerorez in the past (in another state) and been very pleased. Not this time.

Zerorez always does a great job when cleaning our carpets. The Zerorez employees are knowledgeable and friendly. they take care in cleaning and not making a mess while doing so. We have used them twice before and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Tech was on time and very nice. Knowledgeable and friendly. Carpets came out great and will use them again.

We will see if the amount I spent pays off over time. My expenses were about 50% MORE than I was expecting to pay. I got the clear impression that the tech, Aaron, was trying to upsell me on additional services until I called him on that. That is a classic franchise business model-get in the home and then start selling more goods and services as you have a captive audience.
