Drys fast, removes stains, great customer service
Wow, what an amazing experience! My tech did so great and explained everything to me ahead of time. I could not be happier!
He did a really excellent job. He paid attention to my worries. It was much better than the last time I used you. However, it is possible he left his machine sitting on the rug while he used my upstairs bathroom. Possibly. If he asked I would have let him.. so it left a kind of white mark on the rug. And when the manager Michael came to ask him about protection for the carpet, he thought it was a warn mark. There was nothing wrong in the first place when I vacuum I hope everything will be fine. But I did already say no protection this time when I set up and scheduled. All in all, it was a good experience in the worker really did an awesome job. Thank you I will use you again.

We had our master bedroom carpet and bathroom tile cleaned. The person that came to do the cleaning was so kind. I wish I was happy with the level of cleanliness, but after a couple days we are realizing it’s just not as clean as we were hoping for the amount of money we spent. Our master bathroom has a slimy residue that even my 4 year old noticed. There is a stain on our carpet still, and I paid extra for the anti-microbial cleaner, however our carpet still smells. I would appreciate a partial refund. Thank you for your time.

I had a great experience. The person who did our treatment in the house was friendly,informative, efficient. And I loved that midway through the project he showed me the before and after. WOW! The difference was impressive. We will definitely use yall again

The can do attitude as I live in a condo on 3rd floor-not easy to get equipment up here. I have custom built couch and chair that had smoke smudges on them from a fire in home years ago. These came out with your process and smelled great! The tiles in my condo were filthy, and they cleaned up beautifully. The service provider, Rahaine (sp?) was excellent! I would highly recommend ZEROREZ, and 2 neighbors had recommended you to me.
