Technicians were thorough and professional.
The first technician that came out informed my husband that Zerorez no longer moves any furniture. At all. So, that means Zerorez is basically cleaning traffic patterns OR the furniture has to be moved ahead and remain in another room for 2 days until it’s completely dry. However another tech came and allowed my husband to put it right back on blocks that zerorez supplied. The first technician never even offered to do that.

The customer service was excellent! I had carpet from the 90s cleaned and I’m so happy with the way it came out. Obviously wear and tear on the carpet can’t be restored, but dirt and all stains were removed. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was thorough and very kind, also he got my service completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business and will be using/recommending them in the future!!

Get a sealer that is not sticky because when you step on it you make marks all over the tile elsewhere. Then you have to mop it several times to get it off.
It is very easy to schedule, the techs work hard to do a great job and the office staff is efficient.
We loved our tech - Jacob/Josh? I can’t recall his first name correctly. He was thorough and accommodating. The dirt did not come back to the surface! Hooray!

Had air duct and dryer vent cleaned, technicians did a fabulous job. After completion of cleaning they were through cleaning and residue left on floors from vent cleaning and dryer vent on the roof.

We are repeat customers and we always love the service we receive from Zerorez. This time our technician Morgan went above and beyond and did an amazing job! He was so knowledgeable and kind and really took his time and everything looks amazing!
I am not really happy with my upholstery cleaning, when I went to put all the cushions back in place, I found 2 big brown stains, one on a cushion and one on the arm of the loveseat.
I feel like the young lady (who was very sweet and nice) should have pointed these out to me, or called the office to see if there was some way to get them removed stains out. I feel like I spent the money on my upholstery for nothing.

It was difficult to get a response after contacting customer support numerous times for a week. The technician's driver left an oil spill on my driveway pavers. It was most difficult to get the stain removed.

The carpets really looked amazing and dried quickly.Very impressed with the service.
I did not like the demeanor of the service provider. I have had multiple cleanings with other companies and did not have the restrictions of walking on the carpet after the “pre-treatment.” This should be clarified to customers that they will need to remain in a secluded area during treatment. The service provider claimed that if I walked on the carpet for the pretreatment it would track on the hardwood and need to be mopped- that’s my decision. And he had booties which is what he could have given me to use if I needed to walk on the carpet. This is all in addition to a 4 hour time window which makes it difficult to plan your day and then be told with an attitude that you can’t walk on the carpet. Again I have had this service with another company without this restriction. I also didn’t like the smell of the chemicals used- it was very strong and previous services I have obtained did not have this strong chemical smell.

The technician called 15 minutes before his arrival. He was kind, pleasant, informative, and so generous. He went above and beyond by hitting the inner walkways of my office space and I couldn't be more thankful! We just purchased our first home and paid for carpet cleaning shortly after. HUGE waste of money. My dad told me to call Zerorez. They came in and lifted the crap left behind from the "cleaning" 2 months ago and the spots that previous company couldn't lift.
