Using excessive detergents and cleaning products always leaves residue in the carpet after cleaning. Zerorez understands this problem and makes sure to remove all cleaning agents from your carpet. My five year old carpet looks brand new.
The technician, Kaz, was polite and cleaned any wet spots on the floor before he left the house. The carpets were damp, but not wet. They were dry by the next day. I was very pleased that most of the bad stains came out. I was particularly pleased that some carpet stains made by a sick pet came out completely. Kaz was honest that the deep stains in high traffic areas may not completely come out, but the carpets were so much cleaner and fresh looking.
My experiences using your service have always been fantastic. This time around was carpet cleaning in the rental property that I was vacating. It had been a few years since the carpets had been cleaned and the service provided made it look like new again. The service technician, DALTON GAY, was excellent. He explained the service to be provided and was nice to chat with as we both were doing our work. I will request him the next time I need service at the new home. Thanks again DALTON and ZEROREZ!!!
Harrington did an excellent job of getting my old carpet clean. We discussed what areas needed to be cleaned and he went to work. Carpet looks great and I would highly recommend Zero Rez. Thank you Harrington.

Easy to schedule. Great communication throughout the entire process. Carter called when he was en route and was so friendly and knowledgeable about the floor cleaning process and educated us on available services and ways to keep our floors cleaner for longer. Great experience overall and I wouldn't use anyone else.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided detailed information about the process and options for service that were available to me. He was so careful with my property, inside and out, and I am so grateful for that.
