None of the stains in the upholstery were removed. Was able to get them out myself after the technician left. Upholstery did not feel or smell any cleaner than before the “cleaning”.

The technician sold me on the tile/grout cleaning. The sample spot was prefect.. but the rest of the tile and grout was done very poorly. Instead of it all being 1 color, now my grout is spotty, and looks dirtier than before the cleaning. I think the technician noticed this before he left, but told me it would turn white in an hour or so..

Overall very unhappy with quality of cleaning. Other than that, the technician was nice and punctual.

Very happy with the service and the stellar care Jake and Albert took completing the job. They were courteous, on time, efficient, polite, helpful and took their time showing us added services. Of course they were trying to upsell us (and they did on a couple of things) but they did it in an outstanding way to make it clear what was in our best interests. We'd have them back to complete other services as well.

We were totally pleased with service. We had three rooms of carpet cleaned and a large wool area rug. Scheduling was easy. Harrison, our technician called before arrival and was on time. He walked us through what would be done and was very professional thorough and neat. The results were better than past experiences with other companies. We ere able to utilize a discount offer that made it even better!

Our service provider was on time! Chelsea was quick and efficient. The carpets look so much better! There were a few coffee stains that did not come out, which was a disappointing.
It is just ironic that I chose the Coldest day of the past few years to get my carpets cleaned!
