I was happy with the individual who did the carpets and tile. The quality of the work was excellent.
The big problem I had is that the cost paid ($358.50) was significantly higher than the $250.00 estimate that we received when my wife first contacted the representative at your office. The problem was that the tile square footage was about double what the worker expected. So he measured and then went through a confusing discussion of additional costs and special discounts. I agreed to have the work done but certainly had hoped that he (and the company) could have honored (somewhere close at least) the $250.00 original estimate. If the increased cost is minor, this is one thing, but over $100 more is not acceptable to me. Could we be considered for a reimbursement down to a $300 overall cost? I greatly appreciate you listening and would a appreciate a call early next week at your convenience. Thanks very much and I look forward to hearing from you. I had a carpet emergency involving the sale of my home, and this company understood and managed to get someone to my house the same day I called. I am a customer for life!
The area rugs didn’t seem to get very, it didn’t get up the pet hairs, and it left one area rug warped.
The carpet is spotty and some of the stain was not removed. Most of the stain was removed which means that the remainder could have also been removed; there is some discoloration.
Carpet looks good. Courteous texhnicians.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and arrived right at the appointed time. He did a great job; our tile and grout all looks practically brand new. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself.
Great customer service and the product WORKS!
The overall experience was good. Unfortunately they were not able to get out a large darkened area in one of the rooms. We just moved in and not sure what it was. Had a little hiccup with the bill but when I called it was taken care of right away.
Had my carpets cleaned last week and after they dried I noticed it looked like a large area (about 2 ft x 3 ft) in the main walkway had been missed. Thought maybe when it dried I could vacuum and it would be ok. After vacuuming, the area was definitely missed. Called them and they scheduled someone to come and check it out. He cleaned the whole living room again and it looks great!!
