Amazing work
The young man that serviced the carpets was very nice and polite, but paid zero attention to detail. Example: upon completion of the job which took :30 when told it would take 1:30 for 2 rooms, a hallway and the stairs, walked through and identified a couple remaining spots; rather than attempt to give them individual attention, he simple stated, “guess, I couldn’t get them all. Keep in mind, there were only a couple spots that were the initial point of interest. My wife’s jaw hit the ground. We’re a young, hard working couple with a toddler and $175 is not something we just shrug off, it hits the budget. We were drawn in with the zero industrial chemical, etc...wife says we should have called Stanley Steamer...ouch

Rugs are bright and like new.
We had our carpets cleaned and they really look fresh and new. The technician was very helpful and professional and I would definitely recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning because they do not use soap products which leave a film after the carpets are cleaned. We like that no soap is used when you clean the carpet so there is no soap residue left in the carpet which can attract dirt.

Then to make things even better he really took his time and did an amazing job on the carpet.Then again at the end of his job he ask if we were happy with everything before he left. Almost 20 year old carpet looks clean and fresh again. Technician was very nice and did an excellent job in a timely manner. The cost for the service was also excellent.

You technician fail to clean about 70 square ft of tile that was identified to him:on arrival.
Your customer service folks were very accommodating and offered to send the tech back out or refund that portion of the job. We opted for the refined. It’s too difficult to make time to again be at home and have a 3 hour window for arrival.
This is really a shame because he did a good job on the carpets and rest of the house.

I have used your company several times before and the past results were great. However, this time, the carpet looks the same as it did before it was cleaned and I don’t think the service lived up to my experience from previous times. The cleaning of three rooms took about 30 mins and felt rushed. Because of the couple of pet stains we had, the technician sold me the pet remover solution that he had to mix up and apply to the stains. Once the carpet was dry, the stains were still there. Also, the carpet in our family room still loooked dingy in the main traffic areas where in previous times cleaned up like new. If a supervisor at the main office would like to contact me to talk further about this, they are more than welcome to do so. Thanks.
