I would like to speak specific to the service, professionalism, consideration, politeness, etc. of the service agent, Michael, that came to clean our carpets. He arrived promptly. He surveyed the task at hand and discussed various factors about the cleaning process. He proceeded to go about the work that he detailed in a very orderly and professional manner. He was thorough and purposeful. He went beyond any expectation we may have had. In the end, I honestly do not feel the carpets have been cleaner before since the day we had them installed. And I might add, we are somewhat fanatical about the condition and cleanliness of our flooring surfaces throughout the house. Thus, we have our carpets cleaned regularly. This was by far one of the best all around experiences we have had. And we have had some very good experiences. Employees like Michael are extremely valuable to the success of a company. I can only hope that he is kept on staff as I will request him by name to service our home again. And I would be willing to wait to be on his calendar.

I am always so very pleased with the service provided by Zerorez. The technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to explain all of the findings (yellowing, wear and tear, etc.) they discover while prepping the carpet and making reasonable and sound recommendations on how to take care of the carpet.
I have been using them for several years and they will continue to be our "go to carpet cleaners".

You do a great job cleaning the carpet for a great price. This time we had a slight residue that lasted a little while longer than expected. It made the carpet feel wet for longer than usual. Overall very happy though.
Zerorez gets stains out that other companies have tried and failed to accomplish. They are courteous and carpets stay cleaner longer.
Your follow up is wonderful. Initial service was very professional, but some stains did not come out. You followed up and quickly sent out someone who removed the difficult spots.
