The appointment process was a mess. I spoke to a lady in the office to schedule an appointment for the following Wednesday.. she confirmed price and schedule and the arrival by 9:30 AM.. the day came and so did 9:30 with no zero Rez.. I called and there was no appointment for me! How frustrating we’d compeltely gotten the house ready for the carpets to be cleaned and I’d taken off work to be there. I had to reschedule for another day to have to stay home a second time to get my carpets cleaned. Other than standard discounts no additional discounts were offered for the inconvenience.. I was a step away from almost saying forget it.. on Friday the tech did show up as promised and did a good job but up till then we were pretty disappointed..
The service was great, the tech was professional and knowledgeable. I can see that your pricing model works well if you have an average area to clean but it is over priced for small jobs like mine. The carpeted area in my rental trailers are two small bedrooms and a hall where the total sq foot is under 300.
I have been having my carpets cleaned for over 30 years in Jacksonville and by far and above my first time using Zerorez on my new carpet supersedes any other carpet cleaning company. My delightful and informative technician, Mitch, was on time, professionally dressed with EVEN booties on to protect my carpet, provided corner wall shield protectors and plastic film underneath the legs of my furniture to protect the wood finish while the carpet dried, AND educated me on the "green" properties of using Zerorez over the competition. And best of all.... the carpet dries even quicker with this process. I had the very best carpet cleaning experience EVER with Xerorez. I cannot say enough. I was so pleased with my experience with Mitch and his service that I immediately called the headquarters after he left to express my gratitude for such a wonderful experience. This is the 2nd time I have had to get you back to house to clean right. That’s a little disappointing. I have only used your company and thinking about trying someone else. It is hard to have wet carpets and move things twice. This recent visit, we had Cory the 2nd time, he was awesome. You could actually see a difference in his cleaning. Keep him!

I wish the stains in my carpet had come out better. The technician was reluctant to use a strong stain remover....they still show.
Except for the screwup on the appointment time and the request to contact me when your technician was on his way, it was a great experience. Suggest you work on the front end of your operation. I was very pleased with the work and will use you again.
The carpet cleaning service is always thorough! This time we had our marble floors cleaned as well, and they sparkled.
I like how there is no residue left and your bare feet do not feel sticky once the carpet dries. The appointment takes no time at all and each experience has been top of the line professionalism.
