Your products always seem to do the trick on the tough stains in the carpet but most of all I’d like to commend you on the technician who came to my home May 21. He was exceptional pleasant and courteous explained what he was going to do told me what would work and would not work. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but I had an 830 to 930 appointment on that Monday and I know that he lives in palm coast
Was not only on time but surprisingly EARLY. Great guy from South Dakota working his way to the medical field. Will definitely use you guys again next time for my couch.
Chris and Dale came to our home, explained in detail what they would and would not be able to accomplish to the best of their knowledge. Our carpets are old, had several stains and worn areas, and they were able to revive them wonderfully in preparation for a party we were throwing! I am very appreciative of their hard work.

Gentleman showed up early, very professional and polite. Services were rendered as advertised however not all stains came up indicating either heavy/deep stains or not enough cleaning product applied (unsure as to which).
