A very clean and professional tech was sent to my home and he did a very good job. I also like the citrus cleaner instesd of harsh chemicals and the fact that your equipment actually makes steam to clean with. Friendly people to work with and good job with no fuss and bother
There's no strong smell. Carpets came out great and that's saying a lot since they are over 18 years old. Serviceman was on time, courteous and did a good job, making sure I was pleased with his work.

my carpet is cleaner than clean. every single inch of carpeting was cleaned in my empty apartment, including inside both closets. the a/c was turned down and ceiling fans turned on prior to the technician departure (as I could not be there) for optimal drying time. my job fit onto the zerorez calendar immediately. the price quote over the phone when scheduling was exact. zerorez-cleaned carpets shine above the others in appearance and longevity. plus, all you guys/gals are so cool!
