I felt it all happened too fast and I was unable to see dirty water. the man was nice but got my tiled floor pretty wet which I had to mop up to avoid slipping which I did right in front of him. all in all it was overpriced and rushed
Professional and courteous service. The product does not leave residue, it truly cleans the carpet; and drying time is very short . The product does not leave that crunchy feeling when walking barefoot on the carpet. Great product!
