Our rug came out fine. However the tile/grout cleaning - behind the toilet wasn't done, some corners of the wall were left not complete and areas that the tile meets up against the wall were not totally cleaned.

There r still spots that did not come out

The friendly technician. The carpet was clean and all stains were removed.

Very prompt actually early and the two guys that serviced my home did a great job in a reasonable amount of time . They were pleasant and did a great job of keeping the floors surrounding the carpet and upholstered furniture neat and clean. The furniture also cleaned up very nicely.

your technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable- no faults there. Unfortunately the service did not leave us with the expected results. The shower tile ended up with a white film all over that was not even there before. I tried soft scrub on a tile and was able to remove the film your process didn't, photos available. The purpose of using your company was to avoid me having to clean and seal the shower that I'm now having to do.

The carpets are not damp. Stains do not show up again. Deodorizing is great. The price is reasonable and allows me to do best upkeep of carpeting.
