The techs are always courteous and seem knowledgable of products used. I have had them get stains out of carpet I would have never thought possible to remove. I would not use any other company.

Carpet cleaning is excellent
We were not happy with the way the tile and carpet cleaning turned out. On the contrary, the technician Eric rated a 9/10 on his effort and diligence. He was very thorough and answered all questions. The carpeting showed dark spots (not due to our dogs) even after cleaning. Maybe your "powered water" was not used at full strength. The tile grout looked about the same way it did before the application, with the exception of the master bathroom. Sorry that we can't honestly give a higher rating.

Great service
The tech arrived early and completed the job in a timely manner. However, there were some areas that I pointed out needed special attention. After the carpet dried I noticed that those areas did not get the attention that I expected or asked for. I am happy with the service, yet not quite pleased with the results. I expected better.

They did a great job cleaning our carpet. The only thing I did not agree with is there was not a set time, only a window and no call ahead phone call.
Robby was very pleasant and professional. He paid extra attention to the areas that were stained and they ;=look wonderful. I did not feel pressure to purchase additional protection, although I did!

Great job cleaning carpets. Professional service. Take extra steps to protect walls and floors i.e wears shoe covers and places corner guards on walls to keep tubing from rubbing on wall. Just overall great job and great customer service

A person answers your phone ( not a recording). Your technician calls before coming and is on time. Your rates are reasonable. The job was done in a reasonable time with no mess left behind , just clean carpets and nice fresh scent. Definitely a 10! Thank you
