Mitch, the service technician was super and awesome. He answered all my questions before during and after cleaning my carpets and tiles. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and asks for Mitch as the technician. Highly recommend him for a pay raise!!

The technician was super friendly and helpful in offering suggestions on cleaning services. He even managed to get a dark stain out that was in the carpet prior to my moving in. I will definitely be scheduling cleaning services when I'm ready to move again.
We had big black lines across our entire living room. We had our house painted and the painters taped brown paper on the carpet so they wouldn't track in. The glue from the tape would not come out even with our newly purchased carpet cleaner from Cosco. I thought we were going to have to buy new carpet.
Brad said he doubted it would come out after several cleaning attempts, but after getting on his hands and knees and scrubbing with your natural cleanser full strength a zillion times it ALL came out! We are thrilled and greatly appreciate his being so determined to help us.
My husband has a rare disease and is effected by fragrances but your natural lemon cleaner did not bother him.
