I didn't think my furniture would be as wet as it was, and there a two spots on a cushion that I was told would not come out but I don't remember them being there before cleaning.

The guys who come yo ypur home is very professional. They take in the scope of work. May ask a few questions, then get to work. They do excellent work. The products do an incredible job and the carpet looks great.

From the time he came to our house until he left our house, after pretty much cleaning the entire house (carpet, tile, furniture, screen room, granite countertops, etc) he was pleasant, very professional and thorough with a great attention to detail in everything he did for us. Our technician was knowledgeable and personable. He arrived early after seeing if that would be convenient for us. He did a great job and our carpets look wonderful.

I am happy you don't use soap that leaves residue and only gets dirty quicker. The carpet smelled fresh and was practically dry when technicians left.
