Upon arrival at our home Matt was professional and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets throughout our home. The carpets look almost brand new. We were more than satisfied, in fact we were very surprised as to how well our carpets looked this morning. We were also pleased with how fast the carpets dried. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!

While the technician was very friendly and came out a second time, the treatment did not rectify the cat urine smell in the room. It looks like we will need to replace the carpet.

Great job! The carpet and tile came out very nice. I was given a quote and that is what I paid. There were no hidden charges like most companies. The only thing is that I had asked him to do the foyer. It is a very small area so he probably forgot about it. I didn't realize he had not done it until after he left. I was not charged as it was not listed on the receipt. Other than that I was very pleased. Name removed
