Zach was super courteous. He arrived on time, walked the house with me to be certain he was clear on what I wanted and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Zach to anyone looking for great service at a good price.

I like the salt treatment of the carpets. It ionizes the air within the game in addition to getting the carpets clean. The employees are always polite and courteous. Great company overall. It’s the only one I have used for several years.

3 room special was a great! Very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. Tech was friendly and did a great job cleaning the carpets. The 20 minute curtesy call was nice as I was running errands that day.
Reagan did a great job cleaning our carpet. My carpet is 13 years old and looks awesome. We have never used anything but zeroez! We attribute it's condition to that fact. It is a very light tan almost white and Reagan's comment was all of the wear areas cleaned up great and it looks new. He didn't know it is 13 year old carpet. I believe it's great condition is all from the care of zeroez!
