Your ads and YouTube videos brag about how y'all is so much better than anyone else, abs that when y'all are done the stains don't come back, and that's why we chose you. However, as soon as the carpet started drying, here comes the stains again. We paid twice as much as advertised because the technician said your normal stain remover doesn't work on pee spit's from pets, well it seems neither does your special pet stain remover. Very disappointed, your "special water," nor your "special pet stain remover," worked. I hope you guys back up your product.

You do a good job of cleaning the carpet and being careful while doing so. You explain and answer questions. You do a good job of keeping the client informed on dates, times, and follow up with the invoice.

I would highly highly recommend this company I had your representative Brad the technician show up but at my home this man it goes above and beyond if we all had customer service at his level of service there would be no problems in the United States. Your technicians are so nice and helpful! I am handicapped and had water in 2 of my rooms from the hurricane. They knew just what to do and did it, in order to dry out my cqrpet.
They are coming back today to clean my carpet. I have used ZeroRez for years. Every time that I consider getting new carpet......you all clean it and I don't need new carpet!!!!

I'm having to scrub the grout with a toothbrush. A lot of mud left behind; no fault of your technician, after it dried thoroughly, the grout lines are all mud.

Technician left a piece of equipment here. If anyone is in the area, feel free to pick it up.

technician went right to work on the carpet Friday evening (9-15-17) . Cleaned very good. The only thing is that at the hallway at the back door where employees come in did not dry completely. Maybe all the water was not completely sucked out. I came in Saturday around noon and the hallway carpet was still damp. The offices were mostly dry except the hallway was a little wetter than the offices. Therefore, I have put a fan on the hallway to help dry the carpet the rest of the way. Other than that, the job was done good. Would use you again when necessary.

My appointment was kept even after a hurricane blew through. The technician was quick and efficient (only 20 minutes). The apartment I rent is old as is the carpet. The tired carpets were also helped along by a dog, a cat, some pet sitting and 2 litters of pups romping across it. The floors looked fresh and clean as well as spelling like fresh citrus once my technician was done.

Great job, no harsh chemicals and tech is always informative and explains things.

My carpet looks amazing !! The young man was extremely professional and made sure he cleaned some tough spots! My puppy was sick during the hurricane and the heat and grossness of it had me frustrated but they did an amazing job.
