The technician was very patient and helpful. The carpets looked very clean when he left.
The person who came to clean did an excellent job. Would show me the progress to make sure I was happy, got rid of some stains I never thought would come out, was on time (and even offered to come early if needed), and was very thorough.
The downside is a little pricey but having quality work makes it a little more worth it.
I liked that my tech was polite and knowledgeable & he did a wonderful job recommending products that I was not aware of.
1: Tile in kitchen still has the same water marks after work was completed.
2: Carpet in master bedroom looks the same after work completed.
Back in 2017, I had the same work completed. The tech took an hour to two hours longer. Everything then looked great even days later after everything dried.

Everyone from setting up the appointment to the young gentleman who cleaned my carpets were very friendly and sufficient in meeting my clean carpet needs. Prices were great too.

I liked everything about the service from beginning to end.
Young man Kaden, was very thorough, checked and treated all spots for pet urine or etc before cleaning. The 22 year old carpet was almost brand new (except for traffic patterns wear). Recommend the service to everyone that walked by and inquired. The floors were walkable after 4 hours. Very pleased Kaden and his work ethics and his ability to do wonders to this old carpet. And the spots have not resurfaced as in the past with previous carpet cleaning services. Will definitely use your service in the future.

The service tech was a 10-timely professional knowledgeable polite etc and I did notice a big difference in grout but the residue was awful-I’m still mopping after two days to remove the product-not sure if it was suppose to be puffed after it dried or too much product was used but WOW-lots of work for me-had to move everything and keep cleaning over and over -I would have given a 10 if not for the build up-my husband was joking the next morning when he saw the floors and said funny they’re called ZeroRez-oh well maybe next time-
