The carpet din't smell any fresher than before cleaning. Although the gentleman who did the job was very polite and paid special attention to tough stains, I did expect it to smell fresh/clean. The landing on the stairs only smelled clean for 1 day. How can that be corrected? I'm not sure.

I have been using Zeroez for my carpet and furniture for years. I that the products are safe for my grandchildren and my dog. The men have always been very professional and do a great job. I love Zeroez.
They are also always very prompt.

My carpet looks great after Mitch was done. With an active 11 year old boy and 2 cats, I wasn’t sure if the carpet could ever look so good again.
Also, Mitch was able to accommodate my work schedule and come to my house at a time that was convenient for me. He stayed in contact with me from setting the appointment through his arrival.
He was also very friendly while I asked all my questions.

You did my carpets and my tile. I was extremely happy with the work and the finished product, particularly the tile grout. It looks brand new now. I was so mad at myself that I forgot one tile section, but alas too small to get you out here again. Additionally, the young man who did the work was courteous, efficient and explained the process well. I will definitely recommend your company and will use you again in the future.
I like the fact that Zerorez doesn’t use chemicals to clean the carpet and that my carpet dried a lot faster with Zerorez than with other carpet cleaning companies.
