I was very impressed with the technician who cleaned our carpet. He was very professional and personable, and did a careful and thorough job. The only thing that was not as expected is the estimated drying time - the advertising/email said about 6 hours (and the technician said 3 because our carpet nap is low), but it actually took about 30 hours for our carpet to dry enough to replace the furniture, etc. We had our ceiling fans on high and ran our a/c yesterday and today, also. I think it might be more helpful to advertise drying time something like "as little as 6 hours" - in case, for example, people are expecting to entertain guests the next day after getting their carpet cleaned. After the 1st time , the cleaning was good, but as my carpets dried , I noticed the color still looked dirty...I didn't ask for a return visit, but ZeroRez wanted to return again to see if they could be improved upon...well they look marvelous now...much cleaner. I recrecommend this company highly as they truly want the customer to be pleased! Thank you ZeroRez!
