Professionalism. I received a call before he came out and actually showed up in the time frame. I felt our time was respected. The tech also explained everything he was going to do. The carpet looks great and I would use them again.

Del did an awesome job a year or so ago. I was impressed with the whole procedure. Then, I got a coupon for 50% off & free pickup & delivery. I immediately got on the phone. I have an 8' round synthetic rug. It's been cleaned 3 or 4 times.
When Zak brought my rug back, I was astonished. The other company didn't do half the job ZR did. It is 10 years old, and looks new.

I heard about all these different carpet cleaning services, quote one price, come in,give another, then do a poor job and off they go. NOT HERE
My rugs had never been professionally cleaned. sure I had a carpet cleaner of my own but it just wasn't doing the job. I heard a radio commercial for ZeroRez and went to read review so i figured i would take a shot. My in-laws are coming and i really needed things done well.
What can i say?
Easy to setup- just went to the web page and made my selections and got a appointment
Great price- cost were good but i even got a special that was advertised.
The actual carpet guy- Rockstar. Smart,polite friendly,detailed. Explained how it all worked and made me comfortable. If i get it done again ill request the same guy.
Quality? Wow, i mean Wow. They look like new. Mo soapy chemicaly smell. the house smells fresh and looks great.
Time- Right on time in the window of my appointment. He didn't rush but yet was done quick.
I have seen all these BS reviews online and this isnt one of them. I can stay i'm really happy with the way it went in every part and I could not recommend more.

Ben the Service Tech was excellent! Explained the entire process upon arrival. Ready and willing to answer any and all questions. Very professional and our carpet looks almost brand new. Stains we thought were permanent have been eliminated. The carpet even feels fluffy again...

They dry quickly and my carpets are clean.
Love that my carpets are not saturated with water they dry quickly and smell wonderful. Technicians are professional telling you up front what they will or will not be able to do and are friendly and warm.

I have used your cleaning services on carpet with stains that I thought would not come up and of course you got them up. The latest cleaning was for an area rug which came out looking like new. Also had grout cleaned. Did an excellent job on everything and would call on them again.
