Our Zerorez tech arrived promptly and was very courteous. He thoroughly explained the Zerorez process and answered all of our questions. Truth be told our carpet should really be replaced, but like most folks we just want it to last "one more year", and we were hopeful but also realistic as to what to expect. Zerorez exceeded our expectations. So many spots and stains that we thought were there to stay are now completely gone. A very few spots remain (blasted toner ink!), but we knew that would be the case and the Zerorez tech did not over promise. Bottom line is our carpets are fresh looking and clean!

Technicians were very polite. I called first to get an estimate and explanation of services. Once I had the actual services done estimates stayed true. The whole process was very easy and quick.

They did everything they said they would. Unfortunately, my carpets were beyond disgusting. Replacing them asap.

We had numerous spots on our carpet and the products from Zerorez removed the majority of these spots! We are very pleased!

Love that natural ingredients are used in the process - no heavy chemical smell. The tile looks like new and the technician did a great job on the carpet as well. Only issue, and it is minor, is the residue left on some areas of the tile. Had to use the steam mop to get it all up. Overall extremely satisfied.

Branson was very knowledgeable about the process. Carpets came out beautifully. Before there were areas of pet stains and an awful smell of urine. After carpets were cleaned and deodorizer, the odor was gone and carpet looked clean. Have used other cleaners before, however zerorez has been the best!

The technician was very friendly and thorough.

I am not disappointed, but my wife thought the toilet room of the bathroom was not as clean as the rest of the bath. The price of the job got a little higher than I anticipated and I am not sure that the "sealer" was worth the money, given it was just a few mists from a spray bottle. I will have to see if it lasts.
I have already mentioned zerorez to a couple of neighbors and noted that I was happy with the job on my tile.
By the way, Michael was very professional and friendly. To his credit I had to take a business call at the end of his work and perhaps we were not able to have a proper closeout/inspection - otherwise he was great.
