We've now used Zerorez a number of times with the same great results: carpets look much better than with previous companies. As a retired military member, I like the "positive control" aspects of the process. By that I mean from start to finish the customer is informed of all aspects of the service visit as to arrival times, processes to be used, expectations for carpet cleaning outcome, etc. In all cases technicians are well-trained in their trade and all have been top drawer folks with solid work ethics as well as good customer relations skills. Super, super sad about my experience:( My husband chose this company after it was recommended by a local radio station. A technician came out last Saturday 4/7/18 and seemed inexperienced, but I figured I’m sure they wouldn’t send someone to my home to deliver a service if they weren’t knowledgeable- (Dalton) After cleaning the areas and was finished super fast- He explained it will take 4-8 hours to dry, which some areas it was close to 24 hours. I noticed that the carpet in a lot of areas appeared to be dirtier and a stain was not removed at all. I tried to remove part of the stain myself with an average stain removal solution and IT CAME OUT- but this all natural product with a heavy hose and extraction tool couldn’t remove, I purposely left a small stain in place to call back this company and let them know. I then felt like I have been taken advantaged of, because after the floor dried I looked around upstairs and NO NOTICEABLE difference AT ALL! It was a weekend and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I messaged them on Facebook- They were fast in responding and very, very helpful and concerned, which I was relieved and happy to hear. They reassured me that someone will be coming back out to resolve all my issues and that they apologies and someone would call Monday. Monday comes and they called, a very sweet and apologetic young lady- I explained that some areas appeared dingier looking and there was no noticeable difference at all, nothing outside something I could have done with a store bought cleaner. We set up a service call for today 4/14/18 and a technician came out, very professional and knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning business. I explained to him (Ben) my concerns and thoughts and he was honest in saying that maybe so and so was in a hurry and so on..... Well, after I explained the stain I easily removed part of it on my own and had concerns that the last tech didn’t even go over it and I purposely kept some of the stain there to show he spot treated it and said it came right out- that even had me more convinced either the last tech didn’t even go over it or didn’t do it- ( we never did a walk through after last tech because I assumed it was wet I didn’t know what was customary after a cleaning- I waited to go upstairs later when somewhat dried) so Ben continued to educate myself and husband on carpet fibers and traffic areas and 5 years is average for stains, I don’t want to add words or takeaway, but he was thorough. I felt like he was trying to convince me that this is the way the floor was going to look. I tried to express over and over that I felt I had been taken and that there is no way I can show him what it looked like before so he can see it’s the same or dingier looking in some areas. Anyways, after maybe he could see or hear my disappointments he said he would clean a small area and if there was a difference he would clean all the areas I originally paid for- Even though we established last tech didn’t do his job properly. He cleaned a small area and when showed us but when carpet is wet it looks darker anyways- lol he said “no difference” I felt as if he didn’t want the task. So, this Saturday waiting here at home thinking someone was coming to re-clean my carpet that I paid for and can’t see ANY difference or even a dingier difference. We shook hands and he left. I would THINK that a technician would have came in and did what should have happened the first time. I know we live in an era where no one cares about what hard work is or getting what you pay for, or even thinking you can believe an ad on a radio station. I guess this was a lesson learned and for potential customers, take this as you may I just feel I was taken- I absolutely seen NO difference when it was said and done. Ben did give me a reason why it appeared dingier looking, but I couldn’t repeat it if my life depended on it- God Bless

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the 2 guys who cleaned our carpets on Saturday, April 14. They did an outstanding job!
After several days of drying, there is absolutely no trace of any of the stains. Often times, the stains will reappear to a lesser degree after the carpets are totally dry. I know they worked extra hard on some of them. I had repeatedly worked on some of these stains for the past 6 months with different cleaners. They are now totally gone!
The carpets are soft and look brand new. We have had carpet cleaning companies in the past, but we think this is the best result we have seen. My husband keeps saying how good his office and the stairs look. Also no lingering chemical smell, which is very important to us.
