Dale Taylor was our serviceman. He was very efficient, polite and explained the process of cleaning, as well as demonstrating a "Scotchguard-like" finish that he could apply to keep
future stains away, which we decided to have done. Our sofa and love seat look like new and there was no mess left behind.
Technician did great job and was very accommodating! I added some items when he arrived and he could not have been more helpful with suggestions! Love Zero Rez!
You come when you say you will! The technicians have talked to me about stains so that they can use the right chemicals. The carpet is clean and looks great!!!

It makes the carpet look so clean and it is not wet like other cleaning items. Cleaning people wear protective gear over their shoes so they will not get the cleaned area dirty.

The technician arrived on-time, was courteous, friendly and explained the process in detail, He demonstrated good knowledge of the Zero Rez methods. e cleaned and treated my carpet including removal of numerous pet stains. The overall effort was performed well and the results were great.
The guy didn't move any furniture to clean or ask if we would like things moved so all the carpet could be cleaned. Have had better service from other businesses.
