I needed to have my carpet cleaned as soon as possible, and Zerorez came out the next day! Other companies couldn’t schedule for a week. Very glad I called them because Collin did an excellent job on our carpet and tile! I wasn’t sure if we would be able to get the stains out from the previous owner, but when he was done the carpet looked new again and the grout was white again!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Zerorez seriously cares about their customers! After having one very nice man come out, I had a few things I mentioned on my survey I thought could have been done better. I got a phone call the very same day from a woman asking if they could come back out and try to make it right. She put me back on their schedule for a follow-up visit. Two young men came out today, were also very polite, did a very thorough cleaning of what I needed touched up, showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be using Zerorez again! Thank you for caring about your customers and making sure they're satisfied. Your service is phenomenal.

the technician was very professional, and he did a great job on my rugs. I would like to have him next time I clean my rugs. my rugs looked brand new when he finished, I wish I could show you a before and after photo. he was very knowledgeable about the stain stuff he carries in the van.

Effective cleaning even on challenging spots

Have not tried cleaner as yet, just ordered . Carpet cleaning was excellent. Completed a few months ago.

The results were unbelievable! I never thought that the tile grout would get as clean as it did! Amazing! The rugs look crisp and the carpet is like new! Awesome. The other thing that amazes me was how fast everything dried! Great company and the young man who came worked non stop and could not have been nicer! You are lucky to have him working for you!
