Other carpet cleaning seemed to become a magnet for dirt after it was completed. Zerorez has no residue.

If you have any issues you can call and they will send someone to correct it. The first time I had them I called because there was a spot that was gone when they finished but after drying it came back to the surface. The technician came and corrected it at no charge.

The guy who cleaned the carpets, Gerrard was very nice & did a very good job. He explained everything before he did the job. I have a small dog so I want a carpet cleaning company that will do a good job. I am very pleased with Zerorez.
