My entire experience was excellent. From the online reservation system to wishing the tech well at the end of the day, it was perfect. Gerard was very through and pleasant. I will definitely use Zerorez Jax again!

Service tech was friendly. Carpet looked much better. Should add carpet tightening to service line. 1 circle of carpet protection was excessively sprayed in error and left wet and stained. He let us know to contact main number for clean up.

I don’t feel the pricing on pet treatment for a chair and for a bedroom should cost the same. The room cost 40.00 and the chair cost 40.00. He only had to clean one foot up on the chair. It is a brand new chair, not a sofa, and we only wanted the very bottom of the chair cleaned. No cushions, no back, no arms, no top. Just the bottom 10” - 12” or so. There was nowhere near the amount of treatment as used on the carpet.
We knew there was a minimum cost to come out, and considering how little he actually had to clean, we feel the minimum cost was more than enough to cover what he did.

The guys who came out and cleaned the carpet were super nice and really did a bang on job. They also gave me tips and some stuff to keep it fresher between services. I’m a returning customer and every time you have had really nice people come out so please treat them well!

Organized, clean techs and did not push any of there products or extra service. Dale was very courteous and keep everything to a minimum. Would definitely use them again.

No hidden costs..the price you quote is the price I'm charged. I've had couches and carpets cleaned. They always look and smell great. Clean and Fresh. The tech are always nice and friendly.

High traffic areas do not look any better than before the cleaning
