The service seemed effective and removed a great deal of dog hair from the carpet. The rep was helpful. The front office was very responsive and efficient; I liked how a text came the day before confirming the appointment. I also found the cost of the service very reasonable.

He explained every facet of what he would do and additional areas that, because of his professionalism, had us go forward and had more work done. After my carpet dried it was crunchy and only after I vaccumed it did it feel close to normal.
I fixed it but it would have been nice if I had been told what to expect unless something wasn't done correctly and my carpet wasn't supposed to feel like that.

I have used Zerorez many times and always recommend your company to friends. Normally my house is left smelling fresh and with a citrus smell but this time the house didn't even have a smell the same day that the carpet was cleaned. My carpet isn't stained or dirty, I just clean yearly for freshness but I smelled the carpets this morning and they still smell as they did before Zerorez came out. Not sure if you guys changed your cleaning process or what but just wasn't as impressed this time.

You did not use chemicals and the carpet dried fast

My technician, on Monday Oct 7, went out of his way to help me with an unusual disaster. He was very courteous and knowledgeable as well as helpful. After seeing my problem with a very damaging leak, he recommended we have our tile/grout cleaned. I am very very happy I called Zerorez and will ask for Brad next time!
