Ben came to the house as scheduled. Took extra time to answer and explain all of my many questions and was very polite and courteous. He did a great job cleaning, even some places I thought would never come clean! Cleaned 2nd floor of home and took about 2 hours from knock on the door to drive off. Great price and could not be happier.
The service we received on Saturday September 14, 2019 was excellent. Our carpets looks great as well as the chair that was cleaned. The technician was on time …friendly …and he did an excellent job. We enjoyed Andrew very much. He was delightful and my husband and I enjoyed talking with him very much. I will definitely ask for him again when I need my carpets cleaned.

This is the 2nd time I have used your company. The first time I had to have somebody come out to re-do what the first guy did, and everything was great after that. I thought this time the first go-round was better, but still think that more time could have been taken to do a thorough cleaning of my patio cushions and outside rugs. There were some areas of the rug that I don't think were cleaned, because areas around the furniture were not even damp. The furniture is very light, so it could have been easily moved. Also, some areas of my cushions looked like they were neglected, and one side of one looked like it may have been missed completely. Not sure. I didn't want to call and be "that person" by complaining again. The gentleman who came out was very nice and polite, so I don't want this to reflect badly on him. I just think a few areas were missed - probably by mistake.

Tech was very efficient and neat. He came in and we discussed the pricing. We then discussed t which areas were a problem. He then made sure those spots did not come back which I appreciated. Carpet looks great. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez to everyone. In fact, I had a nurse here at the time of the service and she was impressed so i gave her your name.

Everything was fine and Colin (?) was a delightful person and representative of your company. I thought the grout cleaning and sealing was a bit high. I received a slightly lower quote from another company, but it was not significant.

Brad came to our house after our air conditioner soaked our carpet. He carefully assessed the problem and did what needed to be done, but did it without trying to sell us services we didn’t need, which would have been pretty easy, as worried as I was about the wet carpet. It’s not that I’m disappointed, I think my expectations were higher, with hearing all your advertising, I guess I expected more. I did have my tile in my bathroom cleaned, but it did not turn out to what I expected. Is the floor cleaned? Yes, but it did not remove hairspray from grout... my carpets appear clean, but they were not excessively dirty.
