The technician was courteous and professional. He was able to get out some high traffic stains that we were unsure of being able to remove and explained the process along the way. We were surprised how quickly he was able to do the areas, too.
My mother has been using Zerorez for years now, and we always struggled with doing it ourselves. That is until we got our new very dense carpet and had to hire in the pros. We decided to try your company and are very glad that we did.

Very nice man - by himself did a great job on the carpets. Clear, concise good explanations, answered all questions respectfully and accurately - worked hard on carpet with lots of doggie stains and smells. Would recommend to anyone based on him alone. You cannot say enough about "Robin" who represents Zero Rez extremely well - would recommend on her up front - accurate and pleasant demeanor alone.

Loren was professional, wore appropriate mask, gloves, etc., and explained all aspects of services provided. He did an excellent job, and I would not only recommend him to others, but would request him again, if possible, for my winter cleaning.

The rug and furniture are clean. The tech was personable and thorough.

Tech was great. Took time to discuss what he was going to, what to expect, and how to prolong the life of our carpets. Took his time to ensure carpets looked great. Definitely an expert and professional.

Technician was well informed, courteous and efficient. Carpets are 5 years old but look as good as the day we installed them. Our grout is as clean as when it was new. Awesome.
