I am a repeat customer and I have been very happy with carpet cleaning and floor tile. The service I just paid for was cleaning shower tile in two bathrooms and am very disappointed. The showers look no better after the cleaning, definitely a waste of money.
Brad did an excellent job cleaning the bedrooms in my home. When he was finished, the carpets looked brand new and they are 10 years old.
The young man was very polite. The carpets and couch look great!

The whole idea was great at first, the grout did get brighter but left a chalky sticky film that left prints. We left the house for 2 hours and 1/2. We had to mop the whole house twice. I don’t blame the tech, I just think it would have been better to have someone directly behind him to make sure all is wiped without the residues.
You should send out a manager when a mistake is made
It is a shame the customer has to be inconvenienced to report an error and then you send the same tech came back out to confirm the error. Then the customer has to call back again to request a manager to come out? Really?
If ZeroRez acknowledges an error, the professional approach is for ZeroRez to schedule and send the manager out internally.
Not put that responsibility back on the customer...
Now I'm inconvenienced to schedule a manager. I'm not happy that you ruined a spot on my granite countertop with your equipment

From the first time I called in to get a price and schedule an appointment, I was treated very, very well! Even after I rescheduled three times, it was always "no problem at all!". Very professional staff on the phone. Then when they came out to do the job...WOW! First thing I noticed was the clean van that pulled up. Then I met Mitchell...did an awesome job explaining what was he was going to do and went to work. I was so impressed with the job he did on my carpet, I had him do my marble tile floor. He said "You never know how dirty the tile is until it's clean"...he was SO RIGHT! They look brand new!
I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the entire process...I will never call anyone else!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The tech was prompt, called before he arrived and was very polite. I am pregnant and loved that I didn’t need to worry about leaving due to toxic fumes. We had spots on our carpet where our toddler and dog had taken turns defacing it- he was able to get them out! Very impressed and will be using their services again.
I always use Zerorez to clean my carpets between roommates and the carpets always look like new!
