I had my rug cleaned with your company and it was retuned with fibers missing out of the rug in several places. Nobody called to discuss the damage with me and I feel like when it was returned, it was done so in a manner that if I didn't notice they weren't going to tell me.
I felt a little pressure to add more on with other services that were not previously discussed. I originally got a price quote for around $300 and ended up spending $700. Maybe just stick to the original price quote without adding so many extras.
Efficiency. The young man was very polite and personable. He did his job well.

Mr Quintes was my technician and he was very professional and thorouh with the assignment. I purchased a home and needed the carpet cleaned and 2 individual rugs. Everything looks and feels amazing. Im very happy with the results. I have already recommended this establishment to others for service. I also am looking to have my antique white sofas cleaned son and I plan to reach out for these services as well. Thanks again!
