My carpets aren't sipping wet , dry quickly and are really clean. Techs are super nice, always on time and are in a d out quickly. They don't pressure you to buy additional services, price is as quoted.

I was disappointed in how well the cleaning worked. Some of it looks much better but there are still places, especially on the edges of the cushions, that still look dirty.

There are several spots still in my grout. By the front door it looks like it wasn't even cleaned. I had to move my coffee table, which is very light, and grout wasn't cleaned under it. I was told that small things like coffee tables and end tables would be slid to get all grout. I also asked about moving the couch and loveseat. The tech said he would put these plastic sliders under the corners to slide, also we told him we would be right out on the back porch and would help. Nothing was moved at all. I paid alot of money and feel like it was a half done job.
The young man that cleaned my tile did a great job. The floors look great!

Tile cleaning jn bathroom there was no cleaning on sides or behind toilets was a small black peice of listerine cap at edge of toilet never moved or picked up left it there to see upon further observe still dust behind hall bath toilet in living rm small book shelve dust under never moved as we discussed with workers.don't think it was a very good job.
I was disappointed in the cleaning of my sofa. One area that did not come as clean as I had hoped it would.
The young man who came to our home did and outstanding job through out our entire house.
