Before switching to Zerorez, I tried to clean my carpets myself using machines I rented at local stores or supermarkets. This didn't work very well, so I called several other carpet cleaning companies. They were able to improve the results, but I tried Zerorez after a friend recommended you, and the results were beautiful.

I have been a customer of Zerorez for a number of years. Your service technicians are prompt, and they leave my house only after I am satisfied with the results. While it's not always possible to get out every stain, I am satisfied that they used all of the chemicals available to them on their trucks to get them out.

I’ve had very good service in all area every time I’ve used Zenorex. Wouldn’t use any other carpet cleaner.

Service was prompt, professional and was the best value for the price paid. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and hardworking. He was able to get out a stain I was previously unable to. Overall A+ satisfaction with my carpet cleaning from Zerorez.

A stain I had from an air condition leak in the upstairs hallway you can still see. I was hopeful that it would be cleaned.

It's my 2nd or 3rd time. They do a beautiful job on my 12 yr. old carpets. They are always on time, and VERY respectful of my home. They use towels on the tile floor, booties, wall corner protectors, and more.

I am considering moving to AZ, and looked to make sure there is one in Phoenix. Good, there is. Use them, and you too will rave about them.

Quality of work

The carpet did not come anywhere close to clean. Landlord had to have it recleaned at my expense and you refused to refund me the money for the subpar cleaning I received. I could not get the reset I’ve because it was a move out clean so a refund would have been satisfactory however did not happen. I sent in pictures and everything but it’s ok I will be doing my reviews on all platforms regarding the dissatisfactory services I received. The technician was nice but the carpet was not clean.

Very Fast, clean, no toxic residue

Jeff, my technician, called ahead of appt. was right on time, had a mask, footies, and I have never had such superb service. This is my 10th move and furniture had been in storage.
It all looks brand new. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
