We had our area rugs picked up. The two young men who retrieved them for cleaning were knowledgeable and professional, as well as courteous and respectful. When our rugs are returned to us, I expect I will write a positive review, as well, about the cleaning.
This is the first time I was charged for additional $20 once the technician got there for citrus treatment. I have always received presort treatment without being charged

The service provider who cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He was able to remove some large stains from the carpet and whitened the grout in the bathrooms. The carpet looks almost like new.
