They came and cleaned my vents after I had almost 3,000 sq ft of tile removed which involved drilling and removed previously laid tile in order to install new tile. To say the house was covered in dust is an understatement. It was buried with caked dust in vents and within the air conditioner. I could immediately tell a difference in the air quality when they were finished. I was very glad that I chose Zero Rez to clear my air vents.
Kaz did a fantastic job in cleaning our carpets! He was very professional and courteous!
I will ask for him again when we need more cleaning!

Efficient service, great rep
The hose burst and water was all over my entry way. I am the one who found it. Then he just quit So the dirtiest part of my shower didn't get cleaned. He did take $50 off and cleaned up the mess.
Prompt, good explanations and cost effective
The cleaning concept is appealing. The service tech was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. A delight to deal with. However, I do not like that Zerorez has a dollar minimum to come out. I paid quite a bit of money for very little work. So that’s disappointing.
Our technician, Kendall, was very friendly, professional and efficient. We are so pleased with how clean our couches and rugs came out! Highly recommend!

Paid attention of money to have my carpts cleaned and it still looks dirty. Not satisfied with the results of the service. I feel it was a serious waste of money. The service tech was nice and polite.
The cleaning was great, the tech was great, it was just so expensive it would be hard to recommend and also not something I could keep up with because of the price. The technician was great though and he did a wonderful job.
Colton did a great job and was very thorough. My only critique/feedback would be to clean the glass shower enclosure at the conclusion of the job. Whatever solution is being used was hard to clean off and it took several passes with Windex to get it off.
