I made an appt to have my vents cleaned. With all the add ons they did it cost me $450 more than I was quoted. Not sure what the regular vent cleaning is since they charge for blowing the vents and if they find anything besides dust it’s more money.

Outcome, knowledgeable technician, price
The associate, Lou, called before arriving and was right on time. He was professional, careful with our home and did an excellent job in cleaning our four rooms. We thought we might need to replace carpet in one room but not now. Well done, Lou!
Most often, Zerorez provides excellent, reliable service. However, the last two times we had our carpet cleaned by Zerorez, we had to call them back to re-clean streaks in our carpet. While a technician came and corrected the problem and we weren't charged for the additional call, it was inconvenient having to leave everything picked up off of the floor and out of the way.
I used the ductwork cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services. All seemed good.
Zerorez cares about customer satisfaction. An initial service was unsatisfactory and required remediation, which was promptly rendered without charge. The responding technician could not have been more gracious, efficient, and effective. I will use Zerorez again.
