The cleaning and protector products are very good.
I think all options should be put out there up front instead of giving us options of $500+ more with no time to think about it while they are doing the job we hired you for. Not good practice. But, you did make $500+ more from me so I guess you win.

On time and very quickly got the job done well.
This is my 2nd time I have used Zeroez to clean our carpets. Both times the technicians were fantastic. Caleb B. was so respectful, thoughtful, hardworking and professional. I am going to request him each time I have my carpets cleaned. He deserves a 10 out of 10 rating.

I have great confidence in this company. I also like the helpful video and texts with recommended steps to take to make the process go smoothly. Definitely an outstanding job done at presentation, during and after the service. I like the fact of all the photos and videos taken so you can actually see that before, during and finished results. They all explain the photos and what to expect or what they are doing. My biggest surprise was how quiet the a/c was when they turned it back on. I actually had to go out to the garage to check and then could see and hear it quietly running. And finally, they made sure that the house was definitely cleaner than when they first arrived and that everything met my satisfaction.

Your ability to clean stained carpeting without the stains reappearing post procedure. I understand you do not use the soap and chemicals that encourage spots to return, attaching to the dirt /soap residues left in the carpeting after being cleaned. So far, using your company, this has never happened to me.
Josh did a great job. He made my carpet new again. He was very kind and willing to help get my carpet clean.

Staff is very professional scheduling is simple as well as follow up
I was told that light scratch would be removed from wood cleaning but I didn’t see any difference. It’s just cleaning with soap and water. I don’t think I would get my wood floor cleaned in the future.
