You should tell a customer that I will be charged $25.00 service fee at the time of booking. Mitch told me it was a new charge this month when I called back to question about the charge he told me iths for having a 30 day guarantee on cleaning. Free cancelation if needed etc... If you charge a fee its NOT FREE stuff!! As a long time customer why would you not tell us.

The cleaning in one room not as crisp as cleanings prior with zerorez. A re clean would be appreciated. The $25 service call is also not appropriate.
