We have used the company many times. This was the worst experience. Carpets were still very wet 13 hours later when we went to bed. Too much liquid was used and not removed. The technician was not as professional as previous techs.

We used the carpet cleaning and duct cleaning service. Everything went very smoothly and very professionally. Carpets, rugs and sofa were cleaned thoroughly.
