Out of 3 rooms cleaned there was only one area that needed extra cleaning. We don’t wear our shoes in the house so the carpet wasn’t that dirty except for the carpet in front of my recliner. It gets a lot of foot traffic and tends to get dirty quickly. After cleaning this area it was still dirty. It wasn’t as if it had stains that wouldn’t come out, I spot cleaned it and now it appears clean. I even told your technician it still appeared dirty and he said if he overworked the carpet it would damage it.
Technician are knowledgeable about products and cures for problems. They also look to give you the best price using discounts. I have used zero red for years and never been disappointed considering the fact I have 3 small dogs. Carpets are 25 years old and look, feel and smell great. All signs of accidents gone.

I was very impressed with Zero Rez! They worked me in quickly and sent two very professional, friendly young men to clean my upholstered fabric on my couches. Anthony and Johnta were very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. The process left the fabric, nice and clean and dried quickly. I definitely would recommend them.

While our carpets look clean and Kyle did a good job, we were disappointed with the new pricing structure from the last time we had the carpets cleaned with you. First, we were not told about the $25.00 service fee prior to his arrival. This is a new charge from previous visits and was a surprise. Second, we were not happy about the full $ 45.00 charge that Kyle said was necessary for our "hall." We have since measured our hallway and it is 3' by 13'.8", which is much smaller than a typical hall. We thought the additional price should have reflected the size. In the past, the tech has said, "That's so small, I'll just clean it as part of the three room special." We were also shocked to hear that Kyle could not help us move furniture back. We had moved the couch, recliner couch, coffee table, end table and desk to the middle of the room before Kyle arrived but did expect some help moving them back once the carpet was cleaned behind them. (He did end up helping me to put them back in their place with purple blocks underneath even though he said he was not supposed to touch the furniture.) Overall, we were just let down with this experience and pricing structure from previous experiences with Zerorez.

The technician was well skilled and professional. The work was done quickly, and the carpets dried completely after about 7 hours. What I like most is the fact that zerorez doesn't use chemicals that could harm us or our pet, and that it dries fast.

I had to use our household rug cleaner machine to fix and remove dirt and stains not removed. The technician rushed the 3 rooms in less than 30 minutes. The water I extracted myself was dirty.
