I like the fact that there was no ill smell after cleaning. Carpets dried very fast . Couch still has some odor to it but I think he did the best he could.

I just found another reliable company that charges $110 less than you do. I now feel really bad that I used you. However, that said, you really did great work and the techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend you for the great service, but with reservations about the charges.
