My tech ( believe his name is Trey) was very polite, informative, and knowledgable. Showed up on time. Gave me a call prior to arriving as I was told I would receive.
Get rid of your $25.00 'service fee'.
The service techs were punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. They arrived, completed the task without disturbing my work overmuch, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

I was very impressed by the timeliness of response to my service request (next day scheduling). Kyle, the technician, was prompt, professional and explained everything he was doing and the products he used. I was very pleased with his work ethic and the results. My kitchen floors have a new lease on life and the spots on my couch are a thing of the past. Very pleased!

First of all, Harrison was amazing! He was professional, respectful and such a nice young man. He did an amazing job with cleaning my sectional. I will definitely ask for Harrison in the future with Zerorez.

I have used Zerorez for several years and normally have been very impressed with the services they provide and the fees they charge. However, the last service had several things that, in my opinion, are not professional. The technician did not clean beside or behind the MBR toilet area as he said his machine was too large to fit in that area. Had to clean the area myself, which I have not had to do in the past with your service. Also, the bill included a $25.00 fee for residential service and a $10.00 fee for minimum difference service, which makes up approximately one fourth of the total bill. I have no problem paying for services received but really don't like being "nickeled and dimed" to death. I think management would be smart to look at this billing practice and just charge a standard fee without the add-on items, which just tend to irritate the customer.
