It makes my carpet look new and smells good
The technicians Anthony and Johnta were professional and quick. Anthony took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The end results with the carpets and the tile cleaning was superb. I would highly recommend Anthony for all of my future cleaning.

For the extraordinary price paid for the service I would expect some sort of money pack guarantee. Your service cleans and refreshes for sure but does not provide any stain removing services from the two times I used it. I paid over $500 with tip to have my outdoor cushions cleaned. The cushions that were lightly dirty looked great but my algae stained cushions remained 80% dirty. After Antonio left I had to do my own research to find that a light bleach solution is the correct way to clean this. All the remaining stains came off and I spent hours rinsing my cushions off. This was the hours of work I was trying to avoid by hiring ZeroRes. Since my own work looked dramatically better that your service, I will definitely it work with ZeroRes again. Our cleaner Antonio was very nice and professional and worked hard, he is not at fault, it’s just your process which clearly is too gentle and does not accommodate to the type of stains your customers have.
Technician was on time, polite and very professional. Did a great job on carpet and grout cleaning. He asked for a review of his job to make sure we were very satisfied. Excellent job. Will use Zerorez again. Thanks! Edward and Name removed

I like that you offer a variety of services and how informative and professional your staff are with communcating both over the telephone and in person. The air duct cleaning really makes a difference in air quality. I literally have to have a blanket when the A/C is running.

Out of 3 rooms cleaned there was only one area that needed extra cleaning. We don’t wear our shoes in the house so the carpet wasn’t that dirty except for the carpet in front of my recliner. It gets a lot of foot traffic and tends to get dirty quickly. After cleaning this area it was still dirty. It wasn’t as if it had stains that wouldn’t come out, I spot cleaned it and now it appears clean. I even told your technician it still appeared dirty and he said if he overworked the carpet it would damage it.
Technician are knowledgeable about products and cures for problems. They also look to give you the best price using discounts. I have used zero red for years and never been disappointed considering the fact I have 3 small dogs. Carpets are 25 years old and look, feel and smell great. All signs of accidents gone.

I was very impressed with Zero Rez! They worked me in quickly and sent two very professional, friendly young men to clean my upholstered fabric on my couches. Anthony and Johnta were very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. The process left the fabric, nice and clean and dried quickly. I definitely would recommend them.
