Looking over my carpet over the last few days I feel like barely any of the stains I had came out. The heavy traffic area look much better and are not as flattened out but I was honestly expecting a better outcome. One of the areas I know my kids spilled something on still had a firmness to the carpet fibers. I wish a bit more time was taken on the stains to see more improvement.

Always very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous
Kendall was very professional. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to add areas to our tile cleaning and he was very helpful and patient. He explained the process and the equipment and when I asked about other services they provide he was very informative. He also protected the corners of the walls and he was very neat (he cleaned up after himself as he went). I’m hoping to have the tile cleaned once a year and I’ll be requesting the same technician.
Kaz was amazing. Professional, friendly, explained the process to clean the floors and grout. He cleaned our carpet back in February and I’m so glad he was our tech for this service. We will ask for him by name in the future.
