On time- cleaned whole house carpet. One man named Jonathan and he went about his business very professionally. He did a fantastic job with some old carpet stains.! I could not ask for anything more. Very happy with the service.!

Professional technicians, great customer service, timely and special offers
I really thought Rod did a GREAT job as an introduction to ZeroRes - I'm a new client. After completing each section of the list of projects, he would have me look at them and we would discuss the processes done and what to expect in the future (many pet stains!). He was careful at finding the information on the back of two area rugs to ensure he knew what materials he was working with. I've never seen anyone do that before on our area rugs!
He is an excellent representative and ambassador for the company. I'm hoping this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship between me and ZeroRes.
