My cleaner spent 20 minutes arguing with me about treating for pet stains. Every time I would say 'no' he would proceed with the argument about pet stains. I finally agreed because we were losing time. He sprayed the room then left. After 6-7 minutes, I found him talking on his cell phone outside. When queried, he said he was calling the office. I said he needed to get started. He took 25 minutes to do my 20x20 living room/dining room and about 12 minutes to do a small U shape around the bed in a 9x10 bedroom, both while I was watching and he appeared to be doing a good job,. He then proceeded to argue about he hallway and I agreed to ANOTHER $15 to stop the spiel. I went into the kitchen for about 5-6 minutes. When I returned, he was doing the piece of the L-shaped hallway that leads into the garage. He then said I needed to step into the garage for payment. I asked about my 16x20 family room and he said it was done. I asked how that could be as I hadn't been gone more than 5 minutes setting up coffee. machine. He told me he "speeded up because he knew I was in a hurry." At this point, I just wanted him GONE. Please send SOMEONE ELSE to clean my family room. I can't believe anyone could do a hallway and a big room in that amount of time.

The dark stains in my tan grout did not come out. A large stain in my bedroom carpet did not come out. The two most important reasons I made the appointment. But, the ‘general’ cleaning of dust and such was great.

I feel like the carpet was way to wet- the stair runner was really soaked w water- took 2 days to feel lightly damp- I used my new vacuum (shark) to vacuum my room 2 days later and couldn’t believe the dirt that come out- carpets aren’t clean -

Called before coming. Friendly, helpful workers. Came back quickly to redo a couple trouble spots. Clair, Zac and Mitch all were great and easy to work with.
