My technician recommended products for deep cleaning pet stains and my carpets look great and smell clean, too!

Dale was out technician and he was great. He arrived on time and masked, explained the process, gave us our quote and got started on the job. He did not try to upsell us and was honest about what could be done. The results are great and we would love to be able to request him again in the future for carpe or tile cleaning

Rami cleaned our older carpeting to get us through the holidays until we could replace it. He did such a fantastic job getting the dog paths out and making it sparkle, that we may even be able to wait a bit longer to replace it !!! Thank you for your hard work, Rami !

Johnathan was fantastic from beginning to end. He arrived promptly, explained the process of carpet and upholstery cleaning, helped me decide what services we needed and cleaned
both our sectionals thoroughly. The sofas look brand new and smell so good. He also cleaned our wool rug and made arrangements for it to be picked up for a deep clean. Johnathan was very professional, pleasant and passionate about his work. He loves Zerorez and it shows.

The couch is not fully cleaned. For over a $350 cleaning I expected a more professional job.
I was able to get exactly what I needed, handled by a very professional and courteous young gentleman who made me aware of everything he would be doing and what options I have. Kendall was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of his position. The best part is that there was no chemical smell at all.
My favorite Zerorez service is the tile and grout cleaning. It's wonderful to see the tile and grout look like new again after Zerorez has cleaned!

Great service. Very impressed with the technician's knowledge and courtesy.
Please be sure the vehicles "vans" are filled with gas because the cleaning equipment used for the floors are ran using gasoline. The staff who came to clean my carpet stopped in the middle of the job for 40 minutes because he had to call his supervisor who had to bring gas for the staffs truck because his truck ran out of gas and the staff needed gas to complete the job.
