My house smells fresher and looks cleaner.
Excellent technician, call before he arrived and called me after he was done. I always call zerorez first!
I loved the fact that I was able to get an appointment quickly. Your technician, Max, was very pleasant and professional. He did great work. The only issue I have is I can still smell the dog odor in my bedroom. Would have loved for that to have been eliminated.
They are there when they say they will be or else they notify you. Come in and check out what you want done and you know what they are going to do and how much it will be.

No chemicals and the Customer service is outstanding.
There were several stains that were not removed. I had to hand clean them after the service. Since it was just dirt, it wasn't difficult but I would expect that paying for a cleaning would cover it.
Technician was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. James did an excellent job!

Extremely professional technicians. The products used are miracle workers on my rugs. My dog was very sick and the rugs were beyond pitiful with multiple stains. They look brand new now! So grateful. I was also concerned due to COVID and my underlying health condition. He wore a mask and was extremely clean and careful.
The technician was very personable and was happy to answer our questions. He was thorough in cleaning 4 bedroom carpets and was attentive to doing an excellent job.

The technician was on time and so very friendly! He did an amazing job! Our carpets and rugs looked brand new!!! I also loved that there wasn’t a strong chemical or artificial smell afterwards. It just smelled clean. I will absolutely be using you guys again in the future!
I was told by the Zero Rez sales person on the phone that if I upgrade to the pet treatment package that they could get up my pet stain I have on my carpet. The process did not clean it up and The total process was cheap, the guy came in and sprayed from a squirt bottle a chemical on my carpet and then just vacuumed it up. I think your company relies too much on chemicals two just mask odors, and that’s what they said removed the spot.
Jeff called and then arrived within the stated time frame.
He explained what he was going to do and then commenced to work.
He was polite and professional.
The completed job was to my satisfaction.

Better scheduling would be a huge improvement. My appointment for area rug cleaning was between 1-4 with a call 15 minutes before tech would show up. At 3:45 and no call I contacted the office and was told the tech was running behind. He finally showed up around 4:30. Before the tech left my customers property I scheduled a leather cleaning that was set for 1pm with a call if he was going to be late, letting him know that I take care of multiple properties and would be about an hour from Dr Aiosa’s. I left my customers office at 11:30 to meet up with the tech at 1. A no show at the scheduled time I contacted the office at 1:30 and again was told that the tech was running late. He showed up around 3:30. My customers pay me hourly and if a sub doesn’t show up I don’t get paid. I lost 4 hours yesterday because of the lack of consideration on the schedulers part .So with this being said it appears that jobs are being over booked and there is no focus on the customers time. This was the first time we used you for a property as we are looking for a 2nd company to our Dr office quarterly. Unfortunately we will still be looking
