Excellent employees. Great job.

The service was great. They were quick In getting us scheduled, showed up on time, and got it done very quickly. My only complaint was that the chair that we got cleaned didn’t really come as clean as I had hoped. They got some dirt out but it is still pretty stained so that was a little disappointing.

My carpeting looks great, and your technician was a pleasure to have in our home. Branson was polite and.very efficient!

Jonathan was super helpful and efficient, and he explained all the various services clearly. The carpets looked so much better, and they are rather elderly!
The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpets were so wet afterwards. I suppose that’s inevitable. Most were dry by the following morning though not all.
A stain previously unseen bled up about four hours after the cleaning. I treated it with the Zerorez cleaner, but it still reappeared. I called the office, and the helpful person there scheduled a return visit with no problem at all. That’s impressive service.
So, I am pleased and will not hesitate to recommend your services.

I like that you don't flood the floor with water, that it dries quickly and doesn't have an odor.

The techs who cleaned my carpet, Lou and Collin were very thorough, especially Collin. I was very pleased with their treatment of my home and their professionalism. My neighbor recommended them to me last year and so far I have not been disappointed.

Have been using zerorez for several years, have never been disappointed in the service. They arrive promptly and do a great job, Highly recommend them.

Guy who did it was very pleasant & accommodating but I wasn’t impressed with how the carpets came out. They frankly didn’t look any better than b4 and they couldn’t get the blood out which I paid $40 extra for biochemical treatment.

Carpet and couches were cleaned extremely well. I have used other carpet cleaning services but none were as thorough as zerorez. Carpet was completely dry within 8 hours as promised. Would absolutely recommend zerorez to friends and family.
