Nearly all stains were removed, and the rest much improved. Jonathan was on time, very courteous, helpful, efficient. He did a great job.
Very professional.
Overall the young man, Andrew, did a good job and was polite. We had requested that our carpets, sectional sofa and tile floors be cleaned. Our complaint was the white deposit left mostly on the grout sporadically throughout our home. Andrew returned days later to attempt to remove the deposits and for the most part it worked. We spent over $1,000.00 which is a lot! Not sure if we will use Zerorez again.

We have had tile and grout as well as carpet and Duct cleaning. Have been very satisfied with the results of all the services. The main plus has been the people that have done the work we all very hard working, polite and knowledgeable.
They came in looked over area explained what they were doing before doing anything ! Did a great job ! Will definitely use them again.
My carpet was not cleaned well. There were spots and discoloration that we didn't notice until after the carpet dried.
